Quick and Healthy Toddler Breakfast Ideas

Most toddlers wake up hungry! You could save yourself some trouble by making up batches of your toddler's favorite breakfast items and freezing some or storing them in the refrigerator.

Eggs, healthy pancakes and waffles, and breakfast bars cut into bite size pieces are a great start.

There is a great list of  Healthy Toddler Breakfast Ideas over at Wholesometoddlerfood.com

On-The-Go Toddler Breakfast Ideas

Muffins are a great grab-and-go breakfast for toddlers. Try banana bread muffins or toddler muffins. Kids love them both.

Also:
Make waffles the night before and freeze. Reheat in the morning. Maple Bran Waffles are a hit.

Look past traditional breakfast foods and make these breakfast quesadillas fresh in the morning.

And last, but not least, kid favorite smoothies. We love our double-wall acrylic travel cups with straws to take smoothies along for the ride in the car.
